Intellectual Property in China

I just read this post by panorama photographer Aaron Spence. I went to the offending site and made this screenshot.

Even if there is still work to do, modern China can be credited for a tremendous good job at lifting a large number of humans out of poverty. It now even hosts the Olympic Games. When will it lift them out of ignorance and teach them not to steal?
