I’ve been more or less unavailable for about 48 hours. More important personal things to take care of. And the project pace increased. Pablo has been amazing. He worked through and fix a number of the bugs, some in less than 24 hours. Remarkable, if you thing that this is not a full time job for him. The bug tracker has never been so active, on both ends.
Things have been moving fast on the building process as well. Harry released SVN2835 for OSX but had to retire it after reports that it would not stitch existing project files.
Guido Kohlmeyer released a ZIP package of the binaries (SVN2842), only to be quickly told by Pablo that SVN2842 is already outdated. A few other bugs have been fixed while he was building and testing and the current SVN is 2847.
I had a bit more luck, thanks to the time zone difference. Also Super-Pablo needs some sleep :-) . After building SVN2839 remotely yesterday (not released because I could not run the necessary tests) and SVN2841 this morning, which I used as the basis to enter a few more, mostly cosmetic and harmless bugs into the bug tracker, here is the newest and best hugin to date, SVN2847 installer.
Take it on a test ride and tell us what you think of it!
