The Andersoids and the foxy ladies are coming! With their wit and charm they have conquered Montréal during Libre Graphics Meeting. Rumors say they found the door to a secret room and started cloning like tulips. The RAWstudio project is growing.

Humor aside, RAWstudio fills a critical role in the digital darkroom. In less than three years it has evolved to a professional grade RAW converter with color management and other professional grade features. And the team is focused on the game. Unlike competing projects, they intend to stay clear of related areas such as image editing. They play one game, and they play to win that one game. After a short discussion of Chromatic Aberration at LGM and some hacking back home, Anders Kvist told me he got experimental TCA correction working in a development branch. Anders Lauritsen is working on a Windows build. Not a small task. And Anders Brander keeps the show going. I am looking forward for the 1.3 release.

Thanks and congratulations on your work with the Uwivi during the LGM Yuval, and congratulations also to the RAWStudio guys and girls for the achievement, I’ll be waiting for the Window$ build.
Their color management implementation needs developers attention :)
